What does Stoi Labs do?
We're a software studio. We design, build and look after websites, web apps, mobile apps, back-ends and APIs, and connect them to the tools a business already pays for: online marketplaces, shops, e-invoicing and email.
Where are you based, and who do you work with?
We're based in Romania, in the EU, and work in English and Romanian with clients anywhere. Recent launches include a site for a packaging maker in Galați and a portfolio for an interior design practice in Bucharest.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on what you need, so there's no price list. After a first call you get a written plan that says what we'll build, what we won't, when it ships and what it costs.
How long does a project take?
The written plan gives the date. Big projects ship in small, working pieces, with a demo on a live preview link every week, so you see the real thing as it grows rather than status reports.
Who owns the code, the accounts and the domain?
You do. At handover the code, the accounts and the domain are yours; both sites in our case studies run on accounts in the client's own name. We stay on for fixes and new features if you want us to.
Can you work with the tools and systems we already have?
Yes. We connect new work to the tools you already pay for, such as online marketplaces, shops, e-invoicing and email, and we review existing architecture and code. Samarticom's new site replaced their old WordPress one.
Which technologies do you use?
Next.js, React and Tailwind for websites; React, Node.js and Python for web apps; Flutter and React Native for mobile apps; Node.js, Python and Temporal for back-ends; and Vercel, AWS, Kubernetes and Cloudflare for hosting.
